I am a highly experienced legal professional specialising in credit hire and motor insurance litigation.

With over 30 years’ experience across both the insurance and legal sectors, I have extensive expertise in the handling and strategic management of complex RTA and Credit Hire disputes.

During my career I have held senior leadership positions within specialist litigation practices and have advised on a large number of contested Credit Hire claims, including matters progressing to appellate courts.

I provide independent consultancy and technical advisory services to legal professionals, insurers and claims organisations in relation to complex Credit Hire litigation and dispute strategy.
